Sorry Steve, I don't have any more ideas. Sandisk is a good brand and we've not had trouble with compatability. But perhaps try a different SD card. This process isn't something we can properly support since we cannot control the hardware. But if you want to order a pre-loaded 8GB card from us we can probably work something else - just give us a call.
