Is there a setting to launch screen touch directly into quick view opts? I have 2 devices that open the window with long press but one gives me a smaller opts screen that makes me use an extra step and choose the quick view menu from the small options window. I do not see any settings that let me choose which option I prefer. All 3 are samsungs, 1 tablet and the note4 phone directly open the quick view options window, one tablet will not.

I don't fully understand your question. Are you saying that you have two devices, and if you tap the same place on the map on both devices, one opens the quick-view menu and one doesn't? (Yes, I know you said 3 devices, but since two of them behave the same way set one of those aside and let's focus on the two that behave differently.)

My first question is, are both devices running the same version of iFly software?

It's my understanding that with the current software, any time you quick-tap on the map, you should get a QuickView menu (unless another menu was already being displayed, in which case a tap on the map would close that one, and the next tap would open the QV menu). Similarly, long-presses should always open the "Options" menu, with choices to Fly Direct, Add Waypoint, Zoom to RealView, etc. I'm not aware of any setting that changes the response to a quick tap or long press.

What happens when you quick-tap on the map on the tablet that doesn't open the QV menu? Is it responding to your tap at all? (If you're not sure, try going to Menu>Setup>Screen Settings, and make sure "Enable Button Click Sounds" is checked, Sound Volume is 100%, and the volume on your device is turned up loud enough to hear the clicks, then tap on the map and see if you hear a click even if nothing else happens.)

Try this:

On the tablet that's working the way you like it, click on Menu/Setup/Screen Settings and look at your settings for Screen Layout and Font Size. Then go to the bad tablet and set it the same way.

Dwayne, hi! Thanks for posting.

Cobra's response is complete and accurate. In short, a quick tap should bring up the Quick View, and the long tap brings up the Quick Menu options (which uses context to guess your most likely options to pick). Perhaps you don't have the same version of iFly on all devices. You can check this from "Menu => About => Version and Contact", and it'll tell you.

I hope our responses here help you to resolve this issue.
