Hi Dave and all,

Good news: We have added ghost detection logic, it's currently being beta tested and will be released to production soon. You can turn it on and off in the Alert settings menus. However the logic for detecting a ghost is pretty clever- it is not simply filtering close airplanes, so by default it will be turned on when you install this version.

I too had the ghost plane follow me. I was in the middle of nowhere, it was obvious it was me. It would be nice to have it turned off... i also notice the weather lagged a few minutes, flight following gave me better headings to avoid weather than I was ready to do based on the ADS-B data. I was going to turn right 10 degrees, they suggested 30 degrees and after a minute, it was obvious their data was more current. Info only, not airborne radar.

Brand new member here with a report on Skyguard Vision Pro. First cross country from Marathon Key Fl to Okeechobee County Fl with active cells popping up like popcorn. I couldn't be happier with how the ifly 720 and the Skyguard performed. The weather was very accurate with what center was seeing on thier radar from the reports i was getting. Traffic also worked great with the exception of the ghost plane issue that showed up in the traffic pattern with other traffic present. Just a bit scary until i figured out it was me. Wish i would have read this thread first!
