Yes, the plane is pressurized and the cabin altitude was very near the 1420 feet "IND ALT". I noticed sitting on the ground today is showed minus 140 feet "GPS ALT" as the plane was below sea level at Thermal CA.. So I assume the AHARS picks up only the cabin altitude; is that correct?  Is there anyway to force it to GPS altitude all the time?

Thank you. Dick W

Connect to the Stratux GUI (192.168.10.1), go to "settings" and turn the Baro off.  It should then use your GPS altitude.

David, Could you explain what the GUI is?  I know what that the numbers are a web address.  I bought my Stratux from Flight Box already programed so I never did the set-up or any of that. Thank you. Dick W

Connect to Flight Box using a browser on your ios or Android tablet, and proceed per the Flight Box user guide starting on page 14.

David, I connected teh Flight Box to my IPhone as directed.  The green lights on the app came on after a minute or so, but from there I did not know to access the menu so I could change the altitude setting. I downloaded teh page 14-16,b ut could not find any ideas. Do you have any further instructions?

Thank you/ Dick W
