I'll talk with Walter. I've been toying with some additional icons. The issue with making the larger arrows is, currently the point of the arrow is your current position. We only have so much size due to rotation, without a more drastic code revision. To make them larger, we would have to use the center of the arrow icon as the current position. This might not be much of an issue for most, but some might not want that.
I'm initially thinking a Large Arrow (center of icon is current position) and Small Arrow (point of arrow is current position). Stay tuned, I'll run it up the flag pole.
