Version 7.5.18 was released 3 days ago. Is there not going to be an announcement?

JC,

We soft released it on Tuesday afternoon and have it slated for "Official Release" next week. We got it ready early and thought we'd push it out as a suprise for existing owners. The Official Press Release, Release Note, Owners Manual and Email Blast will go out early next week.

How do you put it in portrait mode to begin with?

We'll be posting the new Owners Manual shortly. Working on that next. In the meantime, see below how to switch orientation.

Menu -> Setup -> Screen Settings -> Toggle Orientation. Then just choose Portrait. It will need to reboot into Portrait Mode, so you will see it exit and re-initialize the map, you also have to confirm the acknowledgement page. The next time you turn you iFly on, it will boot the the last mode. Hope this helps.

Shane - I've been flying with 7.5.18 for the last couple of days. The instruments are great and I really like being able to turn off the flashing terrain warning - the solid warning is just right. Do you think you could increase the arrow icons before the full release next week? Thanks, Jim Williams
