Runway Extension

Whats the best....or easiest way to activate a runway extension.......It would be nice to have that option somewhere on your dest. airports info page. Thanks in advance...…Greg

The quickest way I've found from the airport infomration page (since that was in your question) is to click 'Show on Map'. This brings up the map showing the airport. From there I do as in Eds' post - hold the airport/more options/extend runway.

That is a great option for those longer distance airports and keeps the panning down, if in turbulence. I usually just zoom out, center the airport in question, touch/hold, then select the Show Extended Runways from the more options.

However, I also like Alasdair's non panning method too. Seems it would be better choice in Turbulence. We have such great owners, I bet those other companies are jealous.
