WX Graphics:  The graphics that are downloaded as a part of a wx briefing would be much more helpful if they could be pinch zoomed to the area I'm specifically concerned about.  While you can rotate them to make them bigger, you still can't read any data on them and there's no way to zoom in that I'm aware of.

Winds Aloft"  The winds aloft table is basically useless because the data in the table isn't formatted or aligned under the propler column headings.  Maybe it formats correctly if you have enough real estate via a large tablet but on my 8.4" Samsung and my phone it's just a bunch of data run together and is too hard for my brain to figure out which data goes under which altitude column.

This is something I'm a very, very squeaky wheel about.

Weather will be overhauled.

I echo the sentiments in this post. I've been working through the "Sporty's Aviation Weather" training program. They keep showing all the information that's available in Foreflight that iFly doesn't have. Granted this information is available on aviationweather.gov but it's really nice having it available in the same app when flight planning. It's also nice seeing the detailed icing radar type images on the map while flying. I would like to see the prog charts and other weather forecast maps available in iFly. It would be really cool if aviationweather.gov could be integrated directly into the app.

Ideally I'm rooting for much better wx integration, including being able to not just see tafs etc but see actual raw model output. Think that could be invaluable. But I know that's a monumental feat to try programming wise.
