In the owners manual Page 37 is the pin out for the GPS outputs Pin 3 for data and Pin 5 for ground. The Century 1 has 2 inputs from the OPB Left and Right output. Can anyone tell me if the Pin 3 and 5 would be the same as Left and Right?

No it is not.

The GPS outputs basically serial digital data. The C1 is a +/- 150mv analog differential input.

You need a Smart Coupler from Porcine. I think they are still around. Or an experimental airplane into which you can put a better autopilot.
