Multimedia functionality

What do I need to do for the multimedia function to accept and play files in the .MOV format?

.mov is a QuickTime (Apple) format. A quick Google search doesn't find any QuickTime-capable players for WindowsCE. You'll probably have to convert the file to another video format that the built-in player supports.
