I was planning a 1000 mile flight broken up into three legs.

On the 2nd and 3rd leg when you load the flight it does not go directly to the leg on the screen. It still shows the plane on the home airport.

Is ther a way so you can jump right to the chart where that leg starts and finishes instead of having to scroll down to get where that leg starts ?

A minor thing but can be annoying if you just want to plan a flight in another part of the country

Thanks

Terry

Have you tried hitting the "Follow Plane" icon.. as long as you have a lockon the GPS it should bring you to the current location.

Hope this helps

Thank you

That will work but after a few minutes the screen will go back and center on where the plane is.

This isn't a big problem and I can work around it.

This is a great GPS and can't beat the support !!!!!

Terry: The screen will not go back if you go to the Menu > Map Settings > Auto Track Plane > Enabled While in Motion; then the map will only go back when the airplane (iFly GPS) is in motion. That way the map will stay where you pan it when planning at home in your easy chair, but the Auto Track Plane feature works for you in the air. You are correct - it IS a great GPS, and it keeps getting better. --Ralph
