The Quick View extend runways function seems to be broken. Clicking more options, extend runways usually results in a dead end. Sometimes zooming in before attempting helps, most of the time not. Works fine on my '720 though.
It seems to work for me. Under More Options I tried Extend All and extending one runway at a time.
Version 10.2.3 running on W7 desktop. Same problem with Extend Runways from Quick View box; click on extend runways, box disappears, no options appear. This happens about 75% of the time. 3D, everything else works fine.
