i can't address an issue i don't have any info about. if it happens again, send a bug report.

also, you're probably using an sd card, remove the sd card and see if that fixes the issue.

Bug report submitted. It won't update whether I'm using the sd card or internal memory. This is on Samsung Tab A with Android 11. Updates work fine on my samsung S10 running Android 12. If i clear all data for the app in able to update.

The uninstal and reinstall and having the data reside in internal memory appears to have solved the issue. I am now able to update without issue.

I have submitted several bug reports. Why should the presence pf an SD card cause an issue? Your software offers the option of storing the data on an SD card... Why would that be an option if the presence of said card inhibit download the data that you are suggesting be stored on that card?

Also, I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the app several times, on several of the Android devices I have it running on. Each time, (as I recall), the problem initially went away, but re-appeared after a period of time.

I don't have any bug reports from you - try resending.
