I see Real Plan ia still listed as BETA when I call it up on my tablet.

There must be still many issues since I just tried it again for a flight from KAJO in SoCal to 3U2 Johnson Creek Idaho at 9500 MSL. It's been trying to find a route for 20 minutes and is still only 14% complete. Aborted that run and tried 10,500 MSL. After 5 minutes it only showing 20% complete. Guess it's a work in progress.

I'll stick with doing it manually which only too a couple minutes.

What settings are you running on RP? Trying to replicate it on my end.

Yes, RealPlan is definiely still Beta.  There are some circumstances where it works pretty well, but it's also pretty easy to give it a case that ties it up in knots.  My understanding is that AP has tabled further RP development for a while to go catch up on some other feature improvments, but they may revisit it again in the future.

First part of the problem might be "KAO" airport.  My iFly doesn't know what that is, and Google says "KAO" is in Finland...good luck, indeed!  :-)
