Yes, if you have a beta version installed, you probably need to totally delete it and start over with the current commercial version. After you install it, you can reconnect to your account.

Tim is correct. Reinstall is needed when going from beta to production. If you want to remain on Beta, we have 10.1.14b out now for you to use.

Luckily the 10.0 save/restore of user settings should help restore your settings, layouts, and flight plans if you need to do the reinstall. Please let us know how this goes.
