Hi Walter,

Wndows does not pass through all network traffic to DUOS so you need to be specific on which ports get forwarded. What port number do you use for Skyguard and Stratux? UDP and 4000? Also, what port number/protocol do you use for iFly to iFly communication for flight plan sharing?

Stratux is 4000, Skyguard is 43211. iFly device-to-device comm (flight plan sharing) uses 42006.

I reinstalled AMIDuOS just to give it another try. I have both of those ports forwarded and cannot connect with my Stratux or SkyGuard using AMIDuOS or BlueStacks. So, if AP ever decides to spend any time on this, that is where we have a problem. On the other hand, a better solution will be a Windows 8/10 version of iFly GPS that will work with our ADS-B devices.

The good news is I finally got my USB GPS to work with Windows 10 and Microsoft Maps. I had to install a 3rd party driver from TurboIRC.com to get it to work. The bad news is it still does not send the information to either of the Android emulators (Blue Stacks and AMIDuOS).

I also just tried to connect my Stratux to iFly GPS in both BlueStacks and AMIDuOS and, same as yesterday, neither would connect. Does anyone have any ideas what might have changed such that I was able to connect to both my Stratux and SkyGuard a couple days ago and now I can't. What made it start working was when, with Dave's help, I forwarded ports 4000 and 43211. I verified those ports are still forwarded.

I'm done. I deleted BlueStacks and AMIDuOS and will wait for the official Windows 10 version of iFly GPS. An Android emulator that will not connect to a GPS, SkyGuard, or Stratux is of no use to me.

Sounds like lost packets to me. There's a thread in the beta forum on resending UDP in a future beta release that may work.

I'm also looking forward to the native Windows version (anytime soon, guys?)!
