Just got an email saying that this new software is available but I can't get my iPhone to update to this latest version. Was this software update release only for the 520/700/720?

You'll see this pop up on the App Store and on iOS devices in the next few days. It was submitted to Apple several days ago to go through their approval process. IFly devices and Androids are instant. Sorry for any confusion, the newsletter goes out to all users. Have a great weekend.

Today is December 3rd and while the Apple App Store shows the 8.4 update available and navigating to the update button doesn't accomplish the update. It only opens the old 8.3 software. I have an iPad 2. Previous updates worked like they were supposed to.

Hi Ernie,

So when you touch the "Update" button on the App Store, it just launches the old version instead of downloading/installing the update? Sounds like there may be a problem with the app store. Our iPads all updated okay, including our iPad 2. So I don't think there is an intrinsic issue with this version.
