A question. Sportys iPad Pilot News  does a listing of EFBs and some devices at every iOS update  with an indication they are undergoing testing, finding problems, or are "all clear." I was wondering why iFlyGPS does not appear on that list. (I also asked Sportys in their FB page).

Being multi-platform is not a reason. Nor is the small umber of times (I can recall only two in the 9+ years I've used an EFB) an iOS updat has broken an EFB function. Many iPad users, as a matter of course, wait for the all clear before accepting an iOS update and while some always send a reminder email, it's an easy clearinghouse for others.

There's a lot of reasons why, and there's a reason we don't sell 740s to them.
