I just dropped off my airplane a few days ago to the avionics shop for basically a full panel re-do. I'm having an Avidyne IFD-540 put in, along with a Lynx 9000 ADS-B in/out as well as a Dynon Skyview. I'm wondering what is going to be best way for the iFly app to interact with these devices. I don't believe Avidyne is currently supported, but I think Dynon is. I'm wondering if I'll be able to create a flight-plan on the iFly and have it transfer to the Avidyne via the Dynon interface.

Unfortunately, we do not support Avidyne yet, so you wont be able to share the flight plan to the Avidyne.

I guess this will become obvious once I'm sitting with the installed equipment, but what happens if I transfer a flightplan from iFly to the Dynon, as I believe that would be supported, correct? If that happens, the Avidyne unit just ignores the information from the Dynon, so it's basically a one way street?

We may not be understanding this question properly.  The iFly app (not a dedicated device) can sync with the Dynon Skyview via wifi, so you can push your flight plans to Dynon.  I really don't know how the Dynon / Avidyne interface, so not sure if this will be seamless or not.
