I'm seriously considering installing a uAvionix ESX transponder (https://www.uavionix.com/products/echoesx/) ADS-B out/ADS-B UAT In with an iFly 740B.  The 740B is one of the supported products to display traffic, weather and AHRS which is great.  The ESX is a mode S transponder so there is the need to be able to set the squawk code and other transponder functions.  This control can be done via a supported EFIS or their own 2.25" control head.  I do not have a supported EFIS so would need the control head or.......

iFly folks -- any thoughts on having the 740B control the transponder portion of the ESX?

We intend to be one of the "supported EFIS" systems, but have not yet received a spec for developing this. Once received, we should be able to estimate a release date for that capability.

Extremely interested in this as well. Hopefully it will work on the android version as well as the 740.
