Facebook is a social site and may not attract forum members. Two different missions and my humble opinion a mistake to attempt blend them.

I too don't post on Facebook.  I occasionally send messages via Messenger.  I FAR prefer having this forum to post and discuss issues.  I've found that trying to get any kind of coherent behavior from FB to be an exercise in futility, and see no reason to try and modify my behavior to confrorm to their questionable logic.

I don't do Farcebook, and I'm not going to sign up just to get support. So... we just send individual emails to you guys, and nobody else sees what we're asking about, and the answers?

As far as "beta support/feedback", how is a person supposed to get to the forum if there's no link to it?? I got here, as I suspect others did, by having the forum URL saved. But how about those that are now looking for it?

It's fine to have a Facebook presence if you want to try to bring in new users, but IMO a forum is a superior platform for back and forth support-type feedback. I deleted my Facebook account about 5 years ago and won't be using it again. I've seen a number of users here helping other users with issues over the years, so I'd hate to see some of us not being able to contribute to those support requests where possible.
