Since the OP asked for a "simple AHRS device", I didn't mention the Stratux option--that route has "some assembly required", which might be simple for some, but is not simple in general.
Regardless, the global chip shortage has made the parts for DIY Stratux devices very hard to come by for quite some time now, so it's not currently a practical option, and it's not clear when that situation will get better.
