It's amzing that I got my Ifly almost a year ago and haven't been able to use it in my country (Dominican Republic), what do I have to do to get a CJ-27 chart on my gps. Please let me know.
We're looking at adding WAC charts, which should certainly help your situation. Unfortunately no way for you to do this yourself.

Since most of us that have Mobile FD on our ipads and/or fligtstar they use the same data and data is accessable on the update disk/unjailbroken ipad just need to interpet the language for the I-fly unit to read the data..
