I thought of this today, and have no idea if it is any way possible, but....
Would it be possible to parse the notams and distribute them throughout the various iFly features?
For example, a NOTAM saying the A TWY is closed at LGA, would put a little note on the taxiway diagram of LGA. A NOTAM saying the DPA VOR is out of service would appear on the sectional at or near the DPA VOR. A NOTAM alerting the fact that a light is out on an obstruction would put a tag at/near that obstruction.
I realize this is a lot of information, but ya' never know unless you ask.
