During the flight I noticed several times that my flight plan was reversed. I finally figured out that the reverse flight plan button appears on the screen before the Flight Plan form when the Flight Plan button is pressed.
Even if it would not ,in a moving airplane, it is hard to tell when the right button is pressed and there is a delay while the form loads, so it is very easy to push the reverse button as it is in the same place on the screen as a flight plan button. I would suggest either moving buttons on a flight plan screen to a different location on the form or putting up a pop-up confirmation dialog box: Are you sure you want to reverse the flight plan?
