I seem to have lost the transitions to the instrument approaches at my home airport, KPTW. Wondering if the last update excluded them in error or if my data is corrupted some way. I deleted the data and reloaded it with the same result.

There are a couple of transitions showing up on RNAV approaches which actually belong to the VOR approach.

I am wondering if someone could check to see if the issue is the database or if I have some other problem. Other airports I have checked have all the transitions available.

I know I can use the rubber band method to add the approach fixes as needed.

Thanks.

We get everything published from FAA, I will look into it, but if it's lost I would suggest adding in custom waypoints

Ok thanks, I thought maybe I had somehow deleted them. I have heard of bad chart data from the FAA on rare occasions. I think it happened after the last chart cycle.

I deleted all nav data and reinstalled with no change. I would certainly appreciate someone else checking KTPW instrument approaches to validate a bad data source. Thanks.

Yes, I confirm the KPTW approach transitions are botched.

FWIW, I've seen this before at airports I fly to, but I haven't consistently reported it.  I think the first couple of times I saw it I questioned my own sanity and wasn't sure if the transitions used to be there or not.  I have since seen this bad behavior when I knew for a fact what it was supposed to look like, and I'm pretty sure I reported it here in the forums at the time.  Even the ones I didn't report eventually cleaned themselves up.

It seems to happen a lot more frequently than it should, because like I say, I've seen it more than once at airports I fly to. I don't know if it's an FAA data problem of an iFly data processing problem that causes it to happen.

Other examples of when problems like this have been reported by other users (including mentions from Brian or Walter that they were taking action to fix the issue):
