 Yes I did that. The problem is that in the Windows app, it doesn't recognize my email address with which I did register my account so I can't get to the point where I can register "my device". I'm a regular user of the Android version of IFly for the past 3 years now. It works fine with both my Samsung tablet and phone but not with the laptop. I did make sure also that I typed my email correctly. I've send a ticket to IFly support. We'll see what they say.

Glad to hear and iFly supports four devices now .

 So I shoul have  been able to register iFly windows on my laptop.

not sure if the details of my failure to register on laptop  my failure to register on laptop were  same as Marc's.

Marc...pls post resolution when it exists....

Maybe something is down at AP. Windows version WILL recognize your email address and password if you typed them correctly.

It seemed at first when I registered my Win7 iFly that it didn't take or recognise my account, It eventually did after a minute or three.

From Dave on another Question Forum that worked for me.
Try this: drag your home airport under the cross hairs in the middle of the screen, then go to Menu / About / Start Simulation Mode.  Then after a few seconds, stop the simulation mode.  You should open up at your home airport now.
