Is there a way to specify the location when Windows iFly starts up on a computer that lacks a GPS and doesn't know where it is?  It always defaults to, oh, some strange town in Texas. This is very annoying when I'm trying in Virginia trying to use it for flight planning.

The way to have you home airport startup is to move the cross hair to your home airport. Go to About, Start Simulation Mode.  Let it run for a second or so then stop.  The next time you start, the cross hair will be at your home airport, or whereever you want it to start.

Thanks! It works, and I'm much happier now.. (Not exactly self-evident, though.)
