I have pretty much exactly the same problem. In flight (and ONLY inflight) the AHRS Instrument will lock in a bank (about 45 degrees) and stay there for the entire flight. On landing it almost always fixes itself. I've never been able to reproduce this driving in a car. I've submitted many ADSB logfiles, but no answers.
