On my Android tablet I turned off the GPS and use the remote GPS antenna that goes to my Uavionix.

When you 1st fire up the tablet it will say "No GPS Lock." As soon as the ADSB comes live that will go away and a stronger GPS signal will be obtained since the remote GPS antenna has a better shot at the satellites than does the tablet inside the cockpit.

I don't know if this was meant to be a question, request, observation, or what.

For what it's worth, if iFly has valid GPS data from both an exteral ADSB receiver and internally from the device it's running on, then by default iFly will preferentially use the external source.  If the external source is lost, iFly will revert to using the internal GPS source.
