I'm having problems running iFly on a new tablet running Android version 9.  I'd like to have an email address of an iFly employee so I can send them photos showing the problems.  I used to exchange email with Brian but I've lost his email address.  Thanks.

I'm reluctant to post Brian's email here to avoid spambots picking it up, or otherwise causing him annoyance.  However, you have two other easy options to get your message to him:

1) Send a bug report from inside the iFly app (Menu > About > Send Bug Report).  This goes to a generic "bug report" email address, but iFly monitors it closely and you'll typically get a response within a few days.  It will launch Gmail and you can either attach your photos to that email, or else you can copy the email address that feature uses and cancel that bug report, then create a clean email using the address you copied.

2) Call the iFly support line ( (214)585-0444 ) and ask for Brian's email address.

Yes, I concur.  Both of those methods are good ways to get in contact with me directly, although there's a good chance that our help desk may be the first ones to contact you instead.  I'm "next tier" support, if they are unable to handle and issue (or it requires debugging for a code fix).
