Old issue, hoping for new resolution.
I am using an old beta on Android-1 (9.7.23b) because it doesn't advance to the next waypoint till over the current one. However that version only dispalys a dot for each waypoint and no titile. Android-2 (10.3.49) can show titles and many good updates but, it advances to next waypoint several seconds prior to "over current waypoint" position. Is there a way to change the "advance to next" transition point on the latest version? I can make the new ver. usable if all waypoints are in a streight line but that isn't practical in the real world.
Any one else still looking for an instrument that will display current Zoom level?
Thoughts? _Gary
The latest version 10.3, I think provides a solution for you, although not super-convenient. In the Flight Plan form, each waypoint now has a new options called "Require Fly Over", which seems to be what you want. This is defaulted to off, which means iFly assumes you want to cut corners onto the next route line at the appropriate time. With "Require Fly Over" is should behave as before, where it doesn't progress to next waypoint until you actually pass-by the current waypoint.
You should be able to test this out in Simulation mode (Menu => About => Start Simulation).
