iFlyGPS 10.1.23 / iPad mini LTE (using internal GPS)

Comparing iFlyGPS track vs. FMS track...differed most of the flight.

You have iFly GPS set to display true course instead of magnetic.  What is your FMS set for?

EDIT:  Yep, you're flying in an area of 12deg magnetic variation.  Set iFly to show magnetic instead of true, and they'll match.

Go to Menu/Setup/Units of Measure to change it.
