To see how this finally resolved (happily, i`m glad to report) see my post on the original thread (ATC and iFly disparity in location? ) from ComputerDoc stamped June 26, 2014 approximately 5:54pm PDT

As that note says.... only remaing question is such a conflict between ATC`s understanding of their perimeter and the iFly sectional very rare or more common that we might hope? I`d bet it`s not common but, as in the case of relatively small (0.9 nm) disparity perhaps not easily recognized and pinned down until someone is puzzled enough and persistant enough to dig into it.
