Would be fantastic to keep the IFD and iFly flight plan synced up or at least have ability to send and receive manually back an forth.  FlyQ can import and send flight plans to Avidyne.  This would be very helpful when routing changes occur frequently.  The Aera devices do this within the G ecosystem.  Thanks.

Thanks for bringing this up. This has been discussed before many times, and it is definitely worth it. With more and more Avidyne systems being installed, Adventure Pilot needs to bump this to a high priority on their feature list. I know the EFB is top priority, but please consider this for a feature to follow on sooner than later.

Agreed  There has been demand for this feature here, and repeated indications from AP that they were adding the feature to iFly, but so far there hasn't been any sniff of it, unfortunately.

This feature would be especially nice for those with an IFD 440/540 and dual 275s.  The 275s open up panel space for a tablet, possibly panel mounted, right next to the PFD/HSI.  iFly GPS with flight plan sync would be a really nice inexpensive MFD alternative to costly big glass from the major avionics companies, with very little loss of functionality.  The 740b or the Tripltek tablet really makes the app usable in bright sunlight, one of my biggest complaints about the iPad-based EFBs.

We've talked a lot about this with Avidyne and that's on our short list after EFB!
