I have just obtained a ASUS MeMO Pad Smart 10" and installed Ifly. The chart data will only store on internal memory and does not offer the otion to install on the Micro SD card I have added. I'm running Android 4.2.1. I have iFly on my Samsung Tab 2 and it recognizes the SD card just fine. Is there a special glitch with ASUS products? Is there a workaround?

Hi Spooky47 - Using File Manager, copy the iFly file in the internal memory, then paste the file in the SD card. Make sure that the file will run alright from the SD card, then delete the file from the internal memory. This works on both of my old Asus tablets. - Jim Williams

Please do "Menu => About => Send Bug Report" and state your issue inside this email. From this I might be able to determine the root issue.

OldPilot said, "Android no longer allows you to access an SD card."

That's not true. While external storage management on Android has varied across versions, there has never been a version of Android where you could simply say "it no longer allows access". Even the reference you provided doesn't say that.

Brian has worked hard to ensure that the ability to store iFly data on external storage works on all Android devices. It has consistently worked well on my Samsung S4 phone through several V4.x versions of Android (after I replaced a faulty SD card that drove Brian and I batty for a whlie).
