Question? would my IFly 740 work with a FreeFlight 1203c unit

Not directly - you would need to plug it into a FreeFlight ADSB transceiver, then the iFly could get the position from the adsb device.

I believe you're in southern California - be aware that if you equip with 978 OUT, you will not be able to make international flights (Mexico, Canada, Carribean, etc) since no other nation uses 978. You'll need to equip with 1090 OUT.

Mr Clark, I have NO intentions to go flying outside the USA anyway, and I find them big enough for little me, but Thank you very much for the concern
