I have 2 Android phones, an android tablet, and an iPad. Can I log into my iFly VFR subscription from all four? It's unlikely would ever have more than one, maybe two actually operating at the time same time. But I would like to have iFly installed and available to use on all my devices. So whichever I happen to have with me can be used to fly. Will a single VFR license support this? If not, what must I do? Thanks.

Matthew,

Good question. You iFly GPS subscription can be used on 2 like platform devices for the standard $69.99 or $109.99. You can add the Multi-Platform Upgrade for $19.99 and then you can use it on a total of 3 devices across all available platforms, iFly, iOS, Android.

We do not support having 4 devices on one subscription at this time. You would need the Annual VFR for $69.99 + the Multi-Platform Upgrade for $19.99, total of $89.98 to have max of three devices. To have 4 devices, you'd need to purchase 2 Annual VFR Subscriptions, 2 devices on each subscription.

Also, the "Single VFR Update" is a one-time update for the iFly dedicated devices. You need the Annual VFR or the Annual IFR for the App. I hope this helps.

Hi Jim,

FYI - the purpose for deregistering a device is really a convenience feature so a customer can move their subscription if they replace their tablet. Bandwidth can get expensive, so we're hoping folks aren't typically going to use this option to continually move their subscription around to different tablets. If a customer really needs more than 3 devices we would like them to purchase another subscription.

Thanks!
Walter
