Thanks all. Pretty much what I was guessing. I think the three subscriptions will work fine. I do not need a million devices with it, so that limit might force me to pick one and keep it.

Just to be sure I understand -

For a single subscription,
• I can use iFly GPS on my Android phone and my Android tablet;
• I cannot use iFly GPS on my Android tablet and my iPad.

Is that correct?

Mark,

Almost. You are about have way there. See if this helps.

  • One Annual VFR Subscription ($69.99)
    • You can use iFly GPS on 2 like platform devices (2 Androids or 2 iPads)
    • Exception: only one iFly "dedicated device" like the 720, 520 can be used on one subscrption.
  • Add the Multi-Platform Upgrade ($19.99)
    • Now you can use iFly GPS on 3 device of any platform. (example: Android Tab, iPad, iFly 720)

For your 2 device (iPad, Android) scenario you would need the $69.99 + $19.99. You would have one extra slot for a phone or iFly device should you want to add it later.

I hope this helps. Feel free to give us a ring if you still have questions or need to make some adjustments to your account.

Still having trouble because I honestly can't tell the difference between what I wrote and what you replied.

Me: For a single subscription,
• I can use iFly GPS on my Android phone and my Android tablet;

You: One Annual VFR Subscription ($69.99)
You can use iFly GPS on 2 like platform devices (2 Androids or 2 iPads)

Are you saying an Android tablet and Android phone are not considered "like platform devices"?

Perhaps the misunderstanding is that when I said "single subscription" I meant without the multi-platform upgrade?

Sorry about that I was trying to give an overview that would help others see One Subscription support 2 devices on the same platform, if they need three or need to split platforms, they'd need to add the $19.99 Multi-Platform.

Android is a platform, and iOS is a platform... it does not matter if it is a phone or tablet.

To be clear for your situation...
Yes, you may use your Android Phone and your Android Tablet with one *annual VFR Subscription ($69.99).

*I use the term "annual" because we have a Single Use Update on our store for our dedicated devices, and I don't someone to get confused and buy the Single Update.

Sorry for any confusion this caused you. I like to address the question and try to help others at the same time. Have a great day.
