wouldn't say "offended" ...more annoyed and mildly surprised .and disapointed.

It's your company... and your call, but I personally can't imagine any pilot refusing to sunscribe over one cent....

I'm willing to bet not one pilot reading this will jump in and say the'd have been put off..let alone actually opted out of buying their IFly if subscription had cost a penny more...

.And although I'm obviously an outlier on this there have been a few rare times when I was MORE drawn to buy a product from vendor B ratther than vendor A because B used what I call whole number pricing..

Well... Yes it is indeed traditonal. Could it be both traditional and tacky?. 😉

I'll let it go... and I'm sure not going to cancell my subscriptions because you refuse to charge me a penny more.

Thanks Doc! If you wish special pricing in the future just give me a call, I'm happy to charge you the penny. In fact, I'll do you one better - I'll round up to the nearest $100 :-)

Absolutely agree with you on that take!

Hope my quibble wasn't in ANY way taken as reflecting my view of the company, Walter, the iFly, or of the support (which is a 10 out of possible 10 in my book)!
