So the Stratux provides everything your iFly mobile devices need, but your 740 with its own GPS just gets ADS-B-IN, and AHRS from Stratux?

Not exactly sure what you mean, here.

iFly devices like the 740 have GPS built-in.  So do Android tablets and some iPads (the ones with cellular capability).  These devices can utilize all of iFly's moving map features without any additional equpment.

If you connect your iFly device or tablet to a separate ADSB-in device via WiFi--Stratux is one (and is very popular due to its low cost) but there are many others that iFly works with as well--then iFly can also get ADSB-in weather and some traffic.  If you also have an ADSB-out device that is triggering the full traffic information for your plane, then you get that full traffic insight via the ADSB-in device.  iFly will also prefer the GPS that is part of that separate ADSB-in device and will ignore any GPS built-in to the iFly device or tablet (though it will automatically revert to that built-in GPS if the connection to the ADSB-in device is lost).

If your separate ADSB-in device also has AHRS capability (like a Stratux with the optional AHRS hardware installed, but again there are other devices with AHRS capability as well), then iFly also takes advantage of that.  (Strautux actually provides some pseudo-AHRS data that is derived from GPS data if the optional AHRS hardware is not installed, but that data is not as good as the "real" AHRS data.)
