Yes, ForeFlight does. It happened quickly and without announcement. As far as I can tell, seems there wasn't even a version update but it may be the capability to handle the new data bit was added a while back - this has been pending for a year or two. I'm not aware of any other app which was this proactive. I don't see it in FlyQ or Aerovie (although it's available since those apps include the "real" AFD); too lazy to check the others I have.
