I have 3 ways I mount the iFLy 700 in my Grumman Traveler. I have a solid sheet of Velcro in the radio panel and Velcro in the back of the iFly and remote control. The back up battery is also Velcroed under the panel. The other options are the yoke mount or the yoke mount/RAM with adapter to attach it to the glare shield. The glare shield put the iFly much closer and eaier to see and make inputs.
I use the window suction mount to use iFly Streets with a rental car..

I've been flying recently in a friends traveller and I use the RAM yoke mount with it. It fits perfectly in landscape and portrait modes and controls are simple to just use my thumbs like sending a text message. One nice think about the ifly on the yoke is it doesn't try to switch from landscape and portrait as you turn the yoke.

I have been using my iFly with the yoke mount that came with my Airmap 1000 in my Grumman AA-1B. I can also say it works great (in both landscape or portrait, but I prefer portrait). Also I move it to my C-182 yoke in a couple of minutes.
