Hello,

Overall, the gps is great, but one thing I find a pain is to type and fly. I've used Bendix King 89 GPS systems before, and although not quite user friendly, enter an airport code is fairly easy: You spin the knob for the airport code and an intellisense feature shows possible matches for that code. Intellisense is essentially a recommendation for possible matches based on the 1st few letters of code.

For the iFly, It would be nice for the Direct To feature to implement an easy switching with the remote control:

1) The up/Down arrows would cycle through digits and numbers is sequence. 0-9A-Z..

2) The left/right arrows would cycle through the the position

Hope this makes sense, because I think a lot more functionality can be provide to the remote.

Al

Great idea! I've added this to the wishlist. I'll probably also add a toggle so users can easily switch between QWERTY and this mode, and if you select an menu option with the remote that takes you to the keyboard, it would automatically switch to this mode. Might also be able to add the intellisense to QWERTY mode too.
