Unable to make a working Copy of the iFly SD Card

I have tried this several ways, making sure my PC is set to Show Hidden files but the Copy does not work 100%

The Aviation side seems OK, but the IFlyStreets portion never works!

It Starts then falls back to the main screen without any error message...

Any suggestions?

Maybe the "Streets" portion is tied to a specific SD card?
