Something to check is to only connect one unit at the same time to the SkyRadar.  I've seen where the SkyRadar was not handling being connected to 2 devices of different type at the same time (peer-to-peer vs LAN network).  Some of the SkyRadar units only supported one IP address or a static IP address and this could be a product of the internal DHCP server.  I'll have to do some additional testing if we can get a D2 from Alexey at Radenna.  
I'd be curious if you only connected the SkyRadar to the iFly, if you saw traffic.  Also, make sure the IP settings on the Wi-Fi setup page on the iFly 720 is populating with numbers.  Something like 192.254.xxx.xxx and a subnet of 255.255.xxx.xxx, as this will tell you if you are truly connected.  I hope this helps.
