I use a RAM windshield mount with my iPad Mini 4 and it works great. With all the great features of the iFly app, I like it up where I can see it and not have to look down.

I have considered the RAM mount but the only room I have on my crowded Avid flyer panel is at the far right. With these old eyes, I need it a bit closer and the kneeboard works fine as long as I don't have the clamp on the glass. I have come up with a VALCRO solution.

I don't have to look down often because the audio warnings allow me to be aware when there is an issue and I should look at the screen.
