New release 9.0.31

Downloaded the new release version, and did a forced database download. Chart legends are not available! This worked fine in the beta release, so do we have a bug here? Sent a bug report.

Two different droid tablets, and neither will display chart legend! Old Pilot, do you have the charts on a removable memory card or in main memory? I keep mine on the external memory card. Odd that it worked with the beta version.
