Thanks, we've made note of all the suggestion here. I believe this particular thread is pretty much been well stated at this point.

I would rather have the resources of the iFly dedicated to navigation. That is, leave the Nexrad as it is received, blocky and uncontoured. Either way it's what the weather was at some instant 15 minutes or more ago, and therefore not what's actually there pretty or not.
