Sam,

I cannot "install" the ADS-600B until Navworx achieves TSO-C154c and gets an AML STC. In the mean time, it is perfectly legal to install [certified] external antennas and velcro the tranceiver in a convenient location. This is really no different than using the suction cup to affix the iFly.

I do most of my work myself, so I am unable to provide an estimated cost.

I agree that that is a killer panel, very jealous here.
